Yourcles takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy must be read together with our Terms of Service and any other documents referred to, as it sets out how we process data collected from you or which you provide to us in relation to the Yourcles services.


Children are not eligible to use Yourcles or any of the affiliate services, and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you cannot use this service even in conjunction with your parents or guardians.

What information we collect

We endeavour to collect personal information about an individual only from that individual. In some circumstances we may obtain personal information from a third party. If you provide personal information about another person to us, we require that you inform that person you have done so and provide them with a copy of this policy.

Some features of the website allow you to share your website experience with people you know, or to invite them to join Yourcles.

Paid Services

If you purchase any Services, Virtual Currency or Virtual Products that we offer for a fee (the "Paid Services"), such as a Premium Subscription (the "Premium") on Yourcles or virtual currency (the "Gems"), we collect financial information necessary to process your payments according to chosen payment method. We do not store any credit card or other payment details. However, our payment service providers do (and are approved to do so).

Our Use of Your Information

We use information in the files we maintain about you, and the other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the website to provide you our service, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms of Service. At times, we may look across multiple members to identify problems or resolve disputes, and in particular we may examine your information to identify members multiple member IDs or aliases.

You agree that we may use personally identifiable information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, improve our content and product offerings, and customize our website content, layout, and services. These uses improve our site and better tailor it to meet your needs.

Monitoring Site Activity

Our members communicate with each other through the various website interface features. While we do not generally censor or monitor members' private exchanges, we reserve the right to do so if we suspect members of being underage or of using the website in violation of the law, Terms and Conditions or this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to edit, delete, remove or withhold any communication transmitted by and through the website.

You may ask us to remove your details and cancel your membership to Yourcles at any time by sending an email to, but we may need to keep your details for a minimum of 12 months or such other period as is reasonably required by law.
